What you are doing on this site
This site lets you reserve a spot on an early-access list for FlatRateChat, an AI website chatbot we plan to offer at one flat price of $79 per month. FlatRateChat is not available yet.
No payment, no purchase
- No payment is collected on this site, and we do not ask for card details.
- A reservation is not a purchase, subscription, or contract to buy anything. It is a request to be told when the product is ready to try.
- You are never charged unless you later choose to sign up for the launched product under its own terms and pricing, which we will show you at that time.
What we promise, and what we don't
- We will email you when FlatRateChat is ready to try, and we may ask a short question or two about your needs.
- Features, launch timing and the $79/month price describe our current plan. We may change them, delay, or decide not to launch. Reserving a spot does not guarantee access, a price, or a launch.
- Once launched, the plan is intended to be month-to-month and cancellable at any time. Those details will be set out in the product terms at launch.
Your part
- Give us a real email address and a website you own or manage.
- Don't use automated tools to submit the form or interfere with the site.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your reservation at any time by emailing hello@flatratechat.com.
Liability
This site and the early-access list are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any change to, delay in, or cancellation of the planned product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
